The 13 Division Community Police Liaison Committee (13 CPLC) is a group of concerned citizens
who want to work with police to make a difference in their community. The general mandate of a CPLC
is to establish and maintain a meaningful community police partnership; to work together in identifying,
prioritizing and problem solving of local policing issues; to be proactive in community relations, crime
prevention and communication of initiatives, and to serve as a resource to the police and the community.
